Clover Point parkrun - Jun 10
It was a dreary and wet morning for today's pakrun, but paying tribute to our friend, Ken Webb, who passed away on June 4, was a heartwarming experience. Ken was an avid runner and a former member of the Prairie Inn Harriers Running Club. He participated in many marathons, and ultras, including the Royal Victoria Marathon, and the Sri Chimnoy ultras.
Amongst the new parkrunners, where Ken's sister, Carol Ann, his brother-in-law Doug, his cousin, Grant and his wife Robin.
A 1-minute silent observance was dedicated in tribute to Ken Webb, April 1942- June 2023.
