A huge turnout gathered at the Prairie Inn Neighbourhood Pub to celebrate Maurice Tarrant's 90th Birthday.

After the celebratory group photo, some went for a run and others for a leisurely walk along the beautiful Saanich countryside.

This was followed with breakfast at the pub and then some speeches celebrating Maurice's stellar running career. Mr. Tarrant is inducted into the BC Athletics Hall of Fame and to this day still holds several records.
